WISE 2021 Earthquake Drill

The Ministry of Interior declared that the National Disaster Prevention Day will happen on Sept. 17, starting first with a nationwide earthquake drill via a mobile phone text message at 9:21. Students and faculty at WISE also took this opportunity to practice the three steps that should be reinforced when an earthquake happens, “Drop, Cover, Hold On”. The drill ensures students have the ability to deal with earthquakes, effectively reducing disaster losses. And more importantly, maintain the safety of all teachers and students on the campus.

Also, this year the school is building a “House System”! The House System is designed to help students build house spirit and cooperate with other people, including those who are not in their age group. We hope students will develop new friendships across all areas of the school. Welcome back to campus, students!

【 G1 Orientation – Start of something new! 】

Have you made any new friends during the first day of orientation? Our G1 orientation has officially started this week, with teachers who have prepared various exciting courses for our first-grade students to experience!

The purpose of the G1 orientation is to help our first-grade students better fit in at school and in a group setting. Seeing their concentrated faces during lectures and their enthusiasm during P.E. classes, we believe that they will get used to school life soon and make great new friends.

WISE 2021 Online Graduation Ceremony

Graduating is a big milestone. Though this year’s ceremony is not what we anticipated even just a few weeks ago, it’s no less important to take time to recognize the accomplishments of the Class of 2021.

We would like to invite our parents, honored guests, and teachers to gather virtually to celebrate our graduates. We are looking forward to your joining us for the ceremony!

Grade 12, put on your cap and tassel and get ready for the Class of 2021 Commencement Ceremony.
