WISE middle and high school students went on a field trip to Chiayi on November 17th. The first stop was the Southern Branch Of The National Palace Museum. At the museum, students could explore all the Curio Box collections from Qianlong Emperor. In the afternoon, they headed over to Suantou Sugar Factory. Students took a traditional sugar train ride to the past, as a guide told them the story of sugar production in the old days. Throughout this field trip, students gained a deeper understanding of history.
