Communication between a parent and a teacher can impact how well the student performs. Here at WISE, we believe that meeting in person is the most efficient way, so we had invited our students’ parents from grade 1 to grade 12 to join our 2022 Spring Parent-Teacher Conference. Parent-teacher meetings can encourage students to improve their behavior and academic performance because they know that teachers are watching them and communicating with their parents. Parents who have a chance to discuss the progress of their children with teachers feel more invested in their education and are more likely to help them improve. Just 15 minutes to meet with the teacher could make a huge difference in how successful your kid will be academically down the line.
