Middle School offers more challenging courses that correspond to developmental changes. Our mission is not only to be academic excellence but also to be ethical growth, responsible leadership and problem solver.
WISE will support and guide students as they grow. Through challenge and with support, students begin to increase their independence and responsibility, becoming to great thinkers and leaders who are ready for the high school, college, and beyond.
WISE Middle School serves Grade 6 through 8. WISE uses the Common Core State Standards. Students follow a typical American curriculum, but in addition students can select their own elective class so that they can engage in coursework focused on topics that stimulate their learning. Students may try out for various courses, including research and presentation, video journalism or program and robots. Students are also required to take a physical education, art and music class.
